Modus Operandi

ACHE Boards of Advisors meeting once a year, virtual or in person.

The Board of Directors shall be expected to meet on schedule as mandated by ACHE Constitution.

The Board of Trustees shall have meetings in line with the provisions of the constitution.

Statutory Position: ACHE is a non-profit organization registered with the CAC with number RC 11,593.
